НАРЕДБА ЗА ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ И ДОПЪЛНЕНИЕ НА НАРЕДБА № 17 ОТ 2000 Г. ЗА УСЛОВИЯТА И РЕДА ЗА ПРЕДПИСВАНЕ И ОТПУСКАНЕ НА ЛЕКАРСТВА НА ВЕТЕРАНИТЕ ОТ ВОЙНИТЕ (ДВ, БР. 80 ОТ 2000 Г.)
НАРЕДБА ЗА ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ И ДОПЪЛНЕНИЕ НА НАРЕДБА № 17 ОТ 2000 Г. ЗА УСЛОВИЯТА И РЕДА ЗА ПРЕДПИСВАНЕ И ОТПУСКАНЕ НА ЛЕКАРСТВА НА ВЕТЕРАНИТЕ ОТ ВОЙНИТЕ (ДВ, БР. 80 ОТ 2000 Г.)

§ 1. В чл. 6 се създава ал. 4:
"(4) В рамките на един календарен месец на един пациент могат да се издават не повече от три рецепти."
§ 2. Създава се чл. 10:
"Чл. 10. Общините могат да използват допълнителни отчетни документи за предписаните и отпуснати лекарства по реда на тази наредба, без това да възпрепятства получаването на лекарствата от ветераните от войните."
§ 3. В преходните и заключителните разпоредби се създава § 3:
"§ 3. Контролът по изпълнение на наредбата се извършва от регионалните центрове по здравеопазване и общинските служби по здравеопазване."
§ 4. Приложението към чл. 2 се изменя така:
