Ciela Signals is a secure and functional software - in line with the Act on the Protection of Persons Who Report or Publicly Disclose Breaches (Protection of Whistleblowers Act) - that allows your employees and contractors to report misconduct such as corruption, abuse of power and discrimination, before complaints become public and lead to reputational damage and financial loss. By using this product, you will comply with data protection regulations and ensure privacy under the (EU) Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of EU law.
PRODUCT USE:
Until November 30, 2023, Ciela Signals is in promotion and can be activated for free. From December 1, 2023, onwards, there is a minimum of 1 year subscription period. For the duration of the subscription, you receive support and assistance by phone and email every working day from 08:30 to 18:00 as per the Terms and Conditions.

Ciela Signals is an innovative system that provides you with a reliable way to report misconduct in your company and also in organizations and institutions, with whom you are in contact.
Our software ensures a secure and completely confidential reporting channel. With an easy-to-use interface, we provide you with a registry where you can manage the following information:
- The person who received the signal
- The date of submission of the signal
- The affected person, if such information is contained in the signal
- Summary data on the violation, including place and time it was committed, description of the act and other circumstances
- Existing link of the submitted signal with other signals, which can be established during the processing
- The information given as feedback to the person who filed the signal and the date of its provision
- The follow-up actions taken
- The results from the check on the signal
- The signal storage period
FUNCTIONALITIES:
Through Ciela Signals you can manage the register of received signals with the following elements:
- the person who received the signal
- the date of submission of the signal
- the affected person, if such information is contained in the report
- summary data on the alleged violation, such as the place and time of the violation, a description of the act and other circumstances in which it was committed
- the connection of the submitted signal with other signals which can be established during the processing
- information given as feedback to the person who submitted the signal and the date of its provision
- the follow-up actions taken
- the results of the check on the signal
- the signal storage period
- the option to track current and closed signals in one central signal management system
